My daughter turned three a few months ago and since she wakes up around 2-4 every single night. She wakes up and gets into things, will stay up for hours on end running between my room and her room. I try to get her to lay back down but 10-15 min later she’s right back up. I’ve tried a baby gate. She either climbs over, pulls it off the wall, or pops it open. I can’t lock her in her room at night bc she’s night potty trained so she needs access to the bathroom.
I’m at a loss of what to do. She goes to bed at 8 and used to sleep till 7:30-8 ish in the morning. We cut out naps because she would stay up till 11. I’m mentally and physically exhausted.
