You have 11 weeks after she is born to pick one before you have to register her birth and name.

Though Mary Jane is tempting. Do you like Spiderman?

you can allways use your last name as a first name or your grandparents last name

Learn the meaning of each name, because it will be spoken to and over her, a lot.

Aliza Jane
Alexia Jane or for more unique Elexia

Wait until she is born. When you look at her sweet face the perfect name will come to you

Dont have any suggestions on a name but I pray your baby doesnt come 17 weeks early!:sob:
Edit I like the name Lucy Jane, Ema Jane, Emilee Jane, Layla Jane. Mary Jane, Scarlett Jane. I like simple, pretty names…nothing crazy or off the wall. With such a pretty simple middle name youd need to stick with that for a first name also😁
Good luck

Mary Jane

I think names should have meaning or a family connection. Find out the first and middle names of your female relatives (moms, grandmas, gr grandmas, great aunts, aunts and such) and see if there are any you like. Next, think of a word or phrase that this child / pregnancy exemplifies or represents and do a reverse name meaning search or if you have a name you’re considering, look up the meaning and see if it resonates with you. (For example, my Husband had a stillborn son in a previous marriage. When we were planning our son’s name, we liked Zachary and found out it means “God has remembered”, so we felt the meaning was special to him–that he was blessed with another son after a loss - and went with it.) Also, if you’re going with a short middle name, I think long first names are nice.

Our oldest daughter is Adrianna (part of her first name and her middle name are based on my Husband’s grandmother’s). It also means “dark one” and she has dark hair and olive skin. Our youngest is Emberlyn. Part of her first name and her middle name are based on my sisters’ names. I liked “Ember” but wanted it longer and more meaningful. There is no meaning for Emberlyn as a whole, but Ember is appropriate because she has a red tint to her hair and a fiery temper… Lol…

Other names we considered for her : Ashlynn, Penelope, Lucille, Savannah, Chelsea, Evangeline and Alexandria. I don’t remember with our oldest because she’s 14 now… Lol…

I have Brenya Wilhelmina and Kerstyn Serenity

I’d have named a girl Devon as well.

I named my son Valor, it means strength and bravery. I wanted him to have a name that was a Noun (so it would be unique) and I wanted it to be something that when he was old enough to understand, I could tell him the meaning and he would be proud. I know he will grow up to be strong like his mama and dada, and I hope he grows up to be brave and not afraid of anything.

I would suggest deciding traits you want in your daughter, and look for a name that represents them. For a more traditional name, a regular name works but for a more unique approach you can choose a word that sounds like a name and has said meaning to you. Hope this helps

Prayers that she don’t come early-if she does may the Lord bless her and pull her through with good health and love. I think you should name her Destiny Jane. Destiny is for her to concor life and Jane I am partial to because that is my middle name!

Yes, keep in mind you both are in God’s hands .
As far as a name… I’m partial to the name Sarah Jane… prayers are powerful…

If I was you I would come up with at least three names. And then when the baby is born look at that baby and you should know which name will fit her the best.
