Hi, so I’m really trying to figure out my ovulation cycles etc. I have a typically regular 28 day cycle - with a month here or there being 27 or 29. But typically 28. I had my period on 1-2-19 and then again 1-30-19 . It lasts about four days. So I am expected to get my period 2-27 and had sex 2-10, I think I ovulated on 2/12 maybe 2/13. I still am having mild cramping even today. For the last two days . It’s nothing major but it’s there . What is that ? And if you were me would you think now you’re out of the fertile window ? I would assume yes.

If you had unprotected sex on 2/10 & you ovulated 2/12 or 2/13 you could’ve gotten pregnant. Sperm can live up to 5 days.
U can take ovulation test to find out when u r
Rule of thumb the average woman ovulates 12-17 days after the first day of her period…my first sign of being pregnant was some minor cramping…and just remember the little swimmers can stay alive for 3 days after sex
When I was first pregnant I had light cramping for a while and kept thinking my period was coming. Nope I was pregnant. It’s an early sign your pregnant.
I have a app called MyDaysX you can put in there when u started your period and when it ended and it will show you when your ovulating I’ve had this app for along time and when me and my husband wanted a 4th baby I looked on there and we did it like two three times a day when it said I was ovulating and I took a pregnancy test like 2/3 days after trying and it was positive and now I have a 6month old little baby boy hope it helps good luck
Day one of your cycle is the first day you start. If your cycle is 28 days, you may ovulate on day 14. That’s a general idea the books say. Download a period tracker and input your info in and it tells you.
