i am 10 weeks pregnant. i got lower back pain and side period like pains no bleeding but feeling nauseated. what can it be?

Your body is stretching and making way for your baby to have room. That’s what I’m experiencing right now and the pain is in my lower rib area.

Possibly round ligament pain but if you’re concerned speak to your GP.

I’d contact your doctor to be on the safe side (because it’s always better to be safe) but it’s very likely round ligament pain.
With both kids the best way I could ever describe round ligament pain was period type cramps.
