Quick and easy breaskfast ideas?

What are some quick and easy breaskfast ideas you do for your kiddos? Mornings are so rushed for us because my kids move like snails in the morning…but they are tired of cereal and so am I …help!

You can make pancakes and waffles in a large batch one night and freeze them. Then in the morning you just pop them in the toaster. Also yogurt with granola clusters and a side of fruit is always great.

We do fruit & yogurt, English muffins with whatever they like on it. You could make waffles the night before and throw them in the toaster in the morning. French toast is quick and easy.

Bagels with flavored (or plain) cream cheese. Toast or English muffin with jam or jelly. Egg scramble that can be on it’s own or made into a burrito. Egg bakes are great for making in advance and reheating.

we like muffins (i buy and freeze the big packs from sam’s club), banana bread, those pancake sausage on a stick things? :rofl: or a waffle, toast w cream cheese, and they always get a yogurt on the way out the door too.

Fruit can be cut & prepared the night before. Put it in lidded containers. They can eat it on the way to school. Yogurt partfaits (vanilla yogurt, fruit, granola) are a hit in my house. You can make breakfast cookies by mashing bananas with oatmeal then add dry fruit, nuts, chocolate, nut butters, apple butter, maple syrup… Basically whatever they want. Bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.

Here’s a recipe. I don’t follow it obviously but it’ll give you a better idea. I do mine different every time. My kids love to mash the bananas & mix in their favorite add-ins. Don’t put in too much extras though. They won’t be cookies. They’ll crumble (but still taste good :smiley:). We make them ahead. They eat them either alone or with fruit or yogurt.

Pop tarts and mini donuts are my kids favorites, we rotate those with cereal. Waffles and toast with fruit would also be good easy options.
