Honestly hamburger helpers are a life saver for us on busy nights.
1lbs of ground beef, the box of whatever kind you choose, and usually some milk. We love the stroganoff one! Takes like 20 minutes and super easy one pot meal. Great for busy days

I love cooking foods that become 2 meals. Made a roast chicken? Turn the left overs into pot pie! Made a roast? Beef dips the next day. Chicken breast or steak, into fajitas. I always just cook extra while I’m cooking anyways and than they next day it’s an easy meal

I have heard those crock pots are wonderful for easy meals.

Taco soup (can put on stove or crockpot) super cheap and easy
1 lb ground beef (browned)
1 pack of taco seasoning
1 pack hidden valley ranch mix
1 can corn
1 can black beans
1 can pinto beans

Brown meat, mix everything into pot and warm or crockpot and put on low until warm.

Ritz cracker crumb chicken (fun for kids)
1 pack of chicken (I use boneless and skinless breast)
2 eggs
Ritz crackers
2 ziploc bags
Cookie sheet
Pam cooking spray
Garlic salt

Preheat oven to 375°
Mix 2 eggs and about 1/3 cup of milk in ziploc bag and mix.
In the other ziploc bag put in Ritz crackers and I usually let’s my kids have a hard plastic cup and crush them up in the bag.
Spray cookie sheet with pan lightly
Put chicken in egg and milk mixture, then put in crushed crackers, lay on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle a little bit of garlic salt on chicken
Place in oven for 30-45 min depending on thickness. And enjoy. Easy fun recipe. I have more if you’d like them.

Look up crockpot recipes. Super easy and not much you gotta do. Lets you do other stuff while its cooking

Dinty Moore, mix with sour cream and serve over egg noodles. My kids always loved it.
