I’m 30 weeks pregnant and my breasts are killing me from pain and feel swollen and they are also leaking. I know theres not much I could do because i’m pregnant and its getting towards the end but has anyone else had this issue where the pain is throbbing and sharp? Advice? This is baby number 2 for me.

Wear a really Supportive bra, even when in bed.
warm or cold compresses to help with pain, even a shower. The more u rub them etc the more they will leak. (That’s why they say a supportive bra). Probably got some good hormones if they are tender already - being that ur milk has come through already.
I would also ask midwife for advice.
