My son just had his 18 months shots today and he just barfed all over me and him should i be worried?

Check and see if he has a temp. Some kids do have reactions to shots. If he doesn’t have a fever I wouldn’t really worry but keep him hydrated. If he can’t keep anything down or has a temp then contact the doctor.

Did you read the side effects that you were given?
Give him the proper meds. This is sometimes normal after shots.
If he has an elevated temperature it caused his stomach to curdle. It’s normal and it’s just his body creating antibodies and a little Tylenol or Motrin will help. Just push fluids to keep hydrated and give him things like crackers to soak up any acids in his stomach. If he develops a rash or has laboured breathing then bring him to an urgent care or ER as that is an indication of having a reaction to the shots.
I wouldn’t think throwing up was normal. Throwing up is your bodies way of rejecting something. Shots are not natural. Throwing up after shot shouldn’t be “normal”
Call a nurse hotline or take him in. Can’t hurt to seek out a professional opinion
