I exclusively breast pump for my 3 week old. Its been going well but i think ive developed a clogged duct in my left breast. Ive tried heat, massaging, and hand expressing. The pain is still there and less milk is coming out. Any suggestions?

Hot shower, let hot water run over your chest, and massage it where it is (painful, clogged) might have to repeat a couple times, but that’s the only thing that helped me
you have milk fever i developed this from breast feeding at a open window it is very pain ful and i was advised to lie with my breasts down in a hot bath this makes the milk come out then feed your baby that breast even if it doesnt want to drink there this heals the problem nothing is clogged
