what can cause an itchy raised rash? it has been happening every night for like a week and ill put cream on it itll go away in a few hours and then come back the next night…its driving me insane…could it be a gluten intolerance?

It very well could be! I just learned of my babies gluten/ dairy intolerance. We had rashes, swelling in the feet and face, low 02, runny nose, black swollen eyes! There was so so much to indicate it and i had no idea! Im in the medical field and we thought they were sinus infections/allergies/overweight issues. Long story short she needs to be gluten and dairy free!! Its been 1.5 months and she is showing signs of improvement!! Blood work is what i recommend, while it is invasive it gathers so so much crucial information. Good luck momma

It could be so many things.
It could be an allergy to laundry soap.

It varies depending on the person.
Your best bet, keep a food diary for 4 weeks. And symptoms. Then stop all gluten for 4 weeks and keep up with symptoms. If there’s a difference, you know to avoid it. It’s not just gluten, there’s various things in processed foods ppl have reactions too. Headaches, insomnia, weight gain, even joint pain a depression can be side effects.
There’s some studies out. Google has them. Every interesting reads.

My son tested negative on the gluten intolerance tests, but his ADD was greatly improved when we cut gluten from his diet.

My kid bloats, vomits and poops. Always in pain. Her eyes get dark underneath from the allergies. Shes also allergic to dairy
