SIgns of labor?

Little TMI.
But I’m a first time mom.

Has anyone experienced extreme gas towards the end of their pregnancy.? Ive been dilated to 3 for 2 days but within the time I was dilated at a 1 I started experiencing lots of gas. I haven’t made an changes to my eating and I don’t drink cokes or anything with fizz. All I drink is water.

Gas is normal at any time throughout pregnancy. It’s because the baby is sitting on your colon.

It’s normal. You haven’t done anything wrong.

If you’ve made it towards the end of your pregnancy without extreme gas you’re lucky.

And once you push the baby out it just gets worse. The whole hospital stay and like a week after you won’t be able to hold it at all! :joy: embrace it!

Happened with my first pregnancy. I was nervous I was gonna poop during delivery :joy:

Now that I got that fear in your head, good luck!
Also the gas after labor and delivery is the worst! My husband helped me shower after my csection with our oldest and I let one rip. He started gagging and I started laughing. Then I cried from the pain :joy:

Yes. Like so badi thought it was labor lol

It’s normal. As baby grows, the other organs move out of the way and there’s more pressure on them.

That’s me all the time, I think I’ve got a leaky gut though

Call your doctor to see what you can take.

That’s normal lol… pregnancy is gross in too many ways
