Just woundering if anyone has been through premture labour and what are the symptoms to look out for please

I went into labor at 30wks i had severe cramping lower abdomen like cramping from a period not as severe as active labor though. The pain wrapped around to my lower back. I went to triage i was 1cm dilated and having consistant contractions and was put on strict bed rest. I was able to keep her in till 37 wks
