My LO is 10 months old, and due to circumstances has spent the last 5 months co-sleeping with me. I’m now trying to get him to self soothe and sleep in his cot, however he just cries and screams for hours on end no matter what I do. In need of advice on how to get him to settle and not cry for hours on end as it distresses us both. I’ve been sticking to a routine, I’ve tried offering a bottle, a dummy, sit with him without taking him out but he just screams and screams to the point he is nearly sick. Just looking for advice or help on how to get through this as neither of us are getting much sleep now
