Be super careful & always be aware of your surroundings!! Sending good vibes to you!

Sorry, sounds awful. They’ll be restless & cranky & you’ll have to carry a ton of stuff for them (diapers, snacks, toys, bottles, change of clothes, and on and on. Plus their nap times may be disrupted and ears may pop and hurt. Do you need to carry a child seat for the 2 year old? A 2-kid stroller to traverse the huge airports? Good luck taking 2 kids to the mini bathroom in flight to change diapers too. I’d find someone to travel with you or cancel the trip.

If you must go: Quiet toys like books, crayons and paper, & screens (phone/tablet) for on the plane, bottles for takeoff and landing so they swallow to help their ears. Call the airline/airports in advance to see what services they can offer you, like transport within the airport on carts, flight attendant assistance onboard, other services offered.

Ask if there are any play areas available at the airports where the kids can be contained but run around and tire themselves out, kid-friendly airport restaurants or markets for ready-made food, and stores where you can pick up emergency and last-minute stuff. If your daughter uses a sippy cup, pack one.

Take advantage of early boarding to stow your stuff onboard the plane/s and check your seats, but then get back out and let the kids play/run/crawl around so they don’t have to sit in the airline seats (even on your lap) any longer than necessary.

If either child has a stuffed toy or blanket they must have, put it on a string/chain that’s attached to something so you don’t lose it and have your kids melt down for the rest of the trip. Pray for kind felliw travelers.

Hide your valuables in money belts, bras, in the diaper bag, and pack extra money in compartments or under the lining of your suitcase. It’s easy to pick your pocket/pocketbook when you’re juggling two small but heavy kids.
