My moms name is Kennetha, pronounced ka-neeth-a, my grandma was stuck on Kenneth is she would have been a boy but since she ended up being a girl my grandma stuck an a on the end. My grandma on my moms side was Lavela and one of my grandmas sister was Veda and then I have an Aunt Vonda and Great Aunt Vonda. My name isn’t really “uncommon” but then again it’s not heard of that much anymore.
