Any soccer mamas on here that can tell me some must haves? I just signed my 3.5yr old up for soccer but I’m completely clueless as I’ve never played myself. The team provides the uniform. I’m thinking a duffel bag, misting fan, water bottle? I’m clueless over here.
Cleats, ball, most uniforms come with the socks, shin guards, and a water bottle. I also recommend lawn chairs and an umbrella for rainy games.
Cleats, socks, shin guards, water, size 3 ball that’s all mine had when she was that age. It’s very laid back at that age too! Enjoy it! We are going on year 3 of soccer and she’s now on a travel team where we live and is enjoying every moment of it
Cleats, soccer socks and shin pads
Cleats, ball appropriately to age shin gaurds socks a bag and a water bottle my 9 year old has been playing since 5byears old and I played from 5 years old till high school
Shin guards, cleats, tall socks that cover the shin guards, comfy, flexible shorts
Cleats, ball, shin guards, tall socks, water bottle, bag, shin guard sleeve, and a plastic grocery bag for muddy cleats! Soccer goal and heel bandaids/protectors and goalie gloves later on if they stick with it. (My youngest son has been playing for 10 years so I’m just thinking about stuff that’s in his bag! A 3 year old won’t need most of it right now since they are just learning)
Socks, cleats, shin guards and a ball…size 3.
Also a water bottle and patience lol
Shin guards, cleats, extra soccer socks, water bottle, size 3 soccer ball. That is it! Too young for all the thrills just yet since you’ll be logging it around
Cleats, ball, water bottle
Shin guards that cover the ankles little kids tend to miss the ball a lot and hit you in the ankles socks that cover the shin guards to the knees. And a towel in the car for the ride hon after training/ game .
Socks , shin guards, their own ball , may or may not use cleats at that age. It’s a shi* show at that age. Don’t overthink it
Shin guards, cleats, sandals for after games, a soccer bag. They don’t need much at that age.
Shin guards and water. A bag of some sort is nice just to keep things organized. I always wash uniforms and put them right back in the bag so we don’t need to go hunting for them.
Knee high socks and cleats. Shin guards. Sometimes coaches provide those
A ball, a goal net, some t’s or cones to go around, boots should be a good start
Shin guards, cleats, water bottle. Maybe a size 3 ball but ours always had extra. Where I’m at the small kids games/practices are only 30 mins so you probably won’t need much else until they get older. More Than Moms
Shin guards cleats duffle bag and water bottle
At that age we weren’t even required to have cleats. Just shin guards and a water bottle.
Headbands and extra hair ties. if they have long hair. Sandals or slides for after games. Lawn chair for sideline fan girling. Bag to carry everything since you’ll be the one doing that. Umbrella for rainy games/practices. Otherwise ya won’t need all the extras and things till she’s a bit older. Didn’t really need them till I was about 9/10.
