As of today, my period is six days late…I took a pregnancy test yesterday, and it was negative. My periods have always been regular. I have a few pregnancy symptoms like fatigue and tender breasts. I was wondering if it’s too early to tell if I’m pregnant? Is it normal to miss a period?

Test in a few days … I tested negative but then I retest 4 days later and it was definitely positive… I’m also regular and I had your symptoms even tho the test said negative
You could be pregnant or there could be lots of other reasons for being late. Use first morning urine and if it’s still negative contact your doctor.

If you’re far enough along to have missed your period, a pregnancy test should be accurate

Best time to take a pregnancy test is as soon as you wake up, just because it’s concentrated. Try again first thing in the morning and if it’s still late days later go get a blood draw bc your HCG levels could just be super low. too low to show on an at home pregnancy test. I had a friend who was pregnant for 3+ both times before she found out because her levels are always low!

Honestly even stress can cause you to be late or even skip periods. There’s so many factors that could cause you to be late. If you’re worried, go to a clinic and get a blood pregnancy test done, as those are more accurate. If there’s a planned parenthood in your area, they could do it for free.

I took my test the first day of my missed period and it came up positive
It doesn’t matter if you’re breasts are sore it’s not saying your pregnant for sure and yes it’s normal to miss your period especially if your under alot of stress

If you are usually regular with your periods I’d get a blood test.

my daughter was 4 weeks the firsrt response told her negative took another at 5 weeks and it was positivev
Sore breast and bloody nose and gums bleeding were mine some girls don’t know the nose and gums bleeding are symptoms too

You can test two weeks after you ovulate. I tested two weeks after my artificial insemination and it was positive. If your tests are negative at this point, you are probably not pregnant. False negatives are a thing but if you keep taking them and they are negative, you’re not pregnant. Try multiple brands of tests

I had a negative one then had a blood test and was positive.
I took my test 2 days before I even missed my period cause I was feeling sick and it was positive.

Expensive tests wouldn’t pick up on my early pregnancy. Dollar General/Family Dollar tests that cost $1-3 did!

None of my pregnancy test showed until I was far along !! Some women don’t show my doctor didn’t think I was pregnant we did a test it said negative I was 8 weeks at the time eventually it popped up
I always was about 6 weeks when i found out i was pregnant by a test. A friend was able to take a test 2 weeks before me and got results but mine took longer to show up
Go to the ee or a quick care they will do a blood test go in say ur periods late u don’t feel right and pregnancy test cone back negative
With this pregnancy I waited until my 31st day of my supposed cycle took a test it came out positive I was two weeks when I took it it was one of those 88¢ ones from Walmart worked perfectly
If you took the vaccine’s in can cause you to have irregular periods or even miss them entirely, stress and hormone imbalance can do it too.

My mom had 4 negative pregnancy tests with me. Her Dr even did 3 blood tests and they also came back negative. So 7 pregnancy tests later and it was actually my moms dentist who told her she was pregnant. My mom had regular periods too never missed one unless she was pregnant. I would test again in a few days.
Have you had any light bleeding that u maybe thought it was kind of a period?? I had my period beginning on January. Then I had a light bleeding bleeding 3 days but wasn’t sure because my periods have never been normal since I was on birth control and I recently got off of it. So didn’t know how my periods were, and then I took a test in those 3 days of bleeding to make sure I wasn’t pregnant and it was negative. But then I took a test the end of February and I was pregnant. So that light bleeding could be the baby attaching to the uterus. Take another test. You could be pregnant but could be to early to tell.
I took my test 3 days before I missed my period and it come back positive. try first response that’s what I used 3 years ago when I got pregnant with my little one. it definitely works! I was 3 weeks at that point but also note that period symptoms come with tender breasts and fatigue I’m always fatigued right before my period! I’ve had an iud in ever since I had my little one. And stress can make you miss a period too!
For me it was my sense of smell. I could smell everything x 10.

I test almost a week after I miss my period. I’ve always used First Response, though they say they can detect before your expected period, they never worked for me in that way. Would always come up negative if I didn’t wait.
Go to a hospital and ask for a blood test, they aren’t that expensive

If your absolutely sure when you ovulated it would be positive by now
Planned Parenthood has good testing.
The first test I took with my daughter was negative. About a week later when I still hadn’t started I tested again and it was positive.
My first symptoms I was extremely sensitive to heat, smell was super stong & stomach hurt.
I kept getting really dizzy, hot flashes, was excessively tired (which at 20 was not normal for me lol) sore heavy feeling breasts, & missed period…. I took a pregnancy text 3 weekends in a row that were all negative. I almost passed out a work probably about a week after the last test and my husband was really worried so he took me to the ER. They wanted to put me in this machine to check for blood clots in my lungs but did a pregnancy test 1st because of my missed period and it came back positive.
Just about anything with a hint of stress can cause a missed period. Go to the dr instead of fb to find out.
