im 35 weeks pregnant today with my 4th baby. for the past few days i had been experiencing painful irregular contractions and went to the hospital yesterday. i was dilated to a 3 and a half so they gave me steroids to strengthen the babies lungs and sent me home to go back today and get a second shot and to check me again. im still dilated the same and the contractions stopped. but now every time i sit down in any potition i get lightning back spasms that start at my tailbone and go upward. i cant stand forever. has anyone else experienced this?

Sciatic nerves are probably inflamed. Warm bath ( not too hot Iām sure you know) and a nice massage.
