What are the signs of labor?

I’m a first time mom to be! And I’m wondering what are the signs of labor? or when your close to labor?

You will discharge your plug red white mucus…feel some pain like menstrual pains…in pelvic and lower back or your water will break.
Its sooo different for every woman.

Your belly will drop and you will feel the pressure down

Consistent contractions that get closer together and more intense over time. They feel like a wave of pressure and intense cramps. At least that was what I felt. Unless your water breaks (rare), they told me to wait until I was contracting about 5 minutes apart before going to the hospital.

For me I had no signs until I was literally in labor. Maybe diarrhea. I had bloody show with my first but I was having contractions also.

Ohh u’ll know! It’s definitely different for everyone! Don’t exhaust yourself and worry too much, ur body will let you know.! Try not to stress.! Congratulations!!!
