Anyone have right ovary pain as an early pregnancy symptom?

Me!!! I was 5wks and the pain was so strong, t would wake me up from my sleep. I went to see my Obgyn and he told me I had ovarian cysts… turns out I was actually pregnant 
Yes was rushed to the ER wheeled in pumped full of morphine THEN told I was pregnant.
You might just have a cyst bothering you since your pregnant now
