What can I do about my glucose test being so late?

I have my glucose test Wednesday instead of it being morning time it’s not till 1 what am I eat so I don’t starve till after it’s over

You only need to fast for the 3 hour.

I was told to eat breakfast and after that, to not at or drink anymore

as a lab tech a fasting glucose test is done with nothing to eat or drink but water for 8 hours before test period

Since it’s weds after 1pm I’m sure ur already there having the test done

You don’t fast for the 1 hour test. Only 3 hour. Just don’t eat stuff high in sugar or carbs.
