What can I do about thumb sucking?

My baby is in a phase of thumbsucking now but I’m scared that she might have an overbite (teeth) what can i do?

I’ve tried just about everything. My daughter started sucking her thumb at like 5months & I wish I would have stopped it then. She’s now 8 & still does it :sob::woman_facepalming:
So while you still have time try your best to stop the habit before it to late.

My son still stucks his and his 9 I try everything to stop but no lucky xxxx
