What can I do for my yeast infection?

Get current yeast infections. I get proscribed fluconazole and I have take 2 pills already and it’s not going away. Has anyone gotten proscribed something else that works? Over the counter stuff doesn’t do anything for me

If you have chronic yeast infections, than taking probiotics with acidophilus can be helpful. Adding yogurt to your diet, and cutting sugar intake are also beneficial. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to have your partner treated as well. They may carry it without showing any symptoms.

Your partner may also need to be treated. You also may be over washing your downstairs upsetting the biome!

If it gets bad, I just eat two or three yogurt cups a day, the ones with added probiotics. When I feel an infection coming on, one cup a day for a few days is usually enough to get rid of it.

Certain medication can cause yeast infections, high blood sugar can also cause yeast infections and douching can also cause yeast infections.

Over the counter stuff made it worse for me believe it or not

Cranberry juice. Drink lots of water.

Boric acid suppositories!!!
