You need to get Zofran prescribed by your doctor. Only thing that helped me and my hyperemisis.

Go to the doctor and get some antisickness meds. The old wives tales don’t work

There are some pregnancy pops I have heard

Only thing that worked for me

I drank coke and ate Pringles.
Something in coke syrup calms a stomach.

Zofran or Diclegis. I also had to take unisom tablets & b6 at night, it’s the only thing that truly helped.

Sniff an alcohol pad.

Eat salty crackers every 15 min :joy:

Spicy food helped me a lot in the mornings, like i would wake up at 6 am and just eat a handful of hot cheetos and it kept me from throwing up at least till noon. Fresh cold fruit helped, lemon popcicles or any acidity flavor would help me.

crackers and cheese. is what I ate

Travel sickness bands and dry crackers eat them little but often to help

Seabands. Sounds silly but they actually worked.

Ginger biscuits helped me

Preggie pops and ginger ale

I would get slushies

Sea bands, and figure out what’s trigger it; typically it’s a smell of it was with me.
Staying hydrated and eating small portions more frequently

Sniff rubbing alcohol

Chewing sugar free mint gum helped me tremendously!

These also helped me too!

My third was also my worst, please get some medicine from your OB if it gets too bad, I ended up getting Phenergan suppositories and it was a night and day difference

You could try smelling lemon, chewing mint gum or smelling mint, ginger, And deff staying hydrated.

Saltine crackers and ginger ale

Natural peppermint or wintergreen

Hi my gp has just given me some sickness tablets because I’m so sick due to my pregnancy x x

Peppermint worked for me

Just eat pickles. Or drink the juice. The vinegar in it helps with nausea

I had never experienced morning sickness until my pregnancy with my 5th baby. Jolly Ranchers, Preggie Pop Drops, Slushies, and orange soda/Sprite seemed to help me some. Nothing made it go away completely, but those things got me through until I was 15 weeks and it started to subside.

Chew ice after every meal it helps me out a lot

I use to drink ginger ales. Eat watermelon.

Sea bands… they are bracelets for sea sickness. They work great

Candied ginger and ginger candy. Frequent small, protein rich meals helped me too.

Preggie popdrops from target. Or sour candies

Preggie pops. You can get them at the GNC store. Don’t know if Walmart sells them or not, but they helped me during my pregnancy.

i swore by crawfords arrowroot biscuirs

Ginger tea or biscuits helped me

Ask your ob they gave my daughter something when she needed it

Diclegis… its a prescription

Small sips of Pedialyte, Pedialyte popsicles, suck on hard candies.

Do gummy prenatal vitamins instead of pills (easier on the stomach for digestion), ginger ale, tea, crackers, spearmint gum, tums, etc!

These are great! Just don’t bite them. I did and it wasn’t pleasant

never let your stomach get empty.
don’t eat big meals, eat several small meals throughout the day instead.
take your vitamins at whatever time of day you feel the best.
ginger helps some people.
preggy pops or preggy pop drops are great.
you can get diclegis from your doctor.
keep your oily, greasy, and spicy foods to a minimum.
follow the bland diet if you need to.
pedialyte Popsicles can help with hydration if you’re having trouble drinking fluids.
drink in small portions instead of large ones. take a sip every few minutes vs taking a gulp.
eating ice can help with fluid intake also. Sonic ice was what I preferred.

Ginger chews have been used for centuries

Dip on pineapple juice

I found that if I ate every 2 hours I got sick less.

I had to have prescription medication for mine. Consult your dr. If you can’t keep anything down dehydration can happen really fast.

Same, and same. Nothing works. Puking does, though.

A lil Mary Jane helped me or saltine crackers ginger ale grapes just keep snacks… smoothie ice cream strawberries an blueberry dont stuff your self

My 3rd was the worse Nausea I had and it was for the whole pregnancy it was awful

Ginger ale with a few (2-3) drops of bitters has saved me several times, mints, sprite, milk and honey, ginger in general, crackers or bread

I did tea and crackers

Pickle juice worked great for me

I juiced cantaloupe and it literally stopped it dead in it’s tracks that worked for three of my pregnancies two are the same father the last one being this one I’m currently in (17wks) and still the cantaloupe juice or even just eating cantaloupe knocks it out!

Unisom and b6 before bed helped me. I also kept natural ginger candy on hand from our local vitamin store.

B6 and unisome. I used it until I got my Zofran. I had 3 severe hg pregnancies

Go to the store, get a bag of jolly ranchers. Trust me.

Go to your doctor and get a prescription. I had cyclizine after losing over 10% of my body weight. It didn’t cure it but made it bearable.

Star lite peppermints.

Just go to the doctor :woman_shrugging:t3: zofran, reglan, Phenergan, etc. I took them all during pregnancy.

Anything with lemon-smell a lemon, squeeze lemon into your water, etc. I found lollipops to help for some reason.
Also, I slept with a snack on my nightstand because I would wake up in the middle of the night nauseous (peppermint patties were my fave-lol.

I hope you feel better. Definitely talk to your dr if it’s really bad because you might need IV fluids if you are dehydrated.
Also, maybe sublingual Zofran (prescription for nausea will help)……ask your OB if it’s safe though

Coffee, first thing. Then cucumber water during the day

Jolly ranchers and Zofran

I ate sweet tarts with both my pregnancies

Zofran. get a prescription. only thing that helped me!

I recommend asking your doctor for Zofran.

Baking soad sugar and water.

Sour candies and sour fruit helped me.

Keep salted saltines everywhere you are . I liked my cold. Also chamomile tea and crush peppermint candy in your ice water. Alcohol wipes to wipe under your nose blocks odors. It’s important to drink especially Pedialyte to keep you in balance. Also fruits with high water content watermelon, honey dew, cantaloupe, grapes (frozen) and God bless you.

Try ginger ale (just sip on it) and soda crackers. When I had my second baby the day she was born I ended up getting nauseous and the nurse brought me some ginger ale and soda crackers and after sipping on the ginger ale and eating the soda crackers for a bit the nausea went away.

I can’t even keep water down sometimes :pensive:

Keep your stomach full at all times. Eat small snacks. Salty chips and Sprite helped me alot! Take prenatals at night.

Try sea bands they work on a pressure point at the wrist and worked for me like a dream

Saltine crackers and 7 up. Keep by your bed and eat at least 10 minutes before getting up. Hope it helps, totally helped me

I just ate skittles and Starburst all day so when I threw up it tasted good.

Saltine crackers & lemon lime soda SIPPED slowly. Have crackers on night stand & eat a few even b4 ur feet hit the floor.

Tums, call your doctor and ask for zofran or another nausea medication

Candy ginger chews or sugar ginger or ginger tea

Eat saltine crackers …they helped me

Keep something in your tummy all the time - crackers, a shake, fruit. It gets worse if you’re hungry.

Usually recommended by ob/gyns. Ask your doctor first. They also have prenatal lolli pops for nausea/ vomiting , they are behind the pharmacy but don’t require a prescription.

Ask your doc for cariban litterly only thing that I found worked. I was violently sick all day couldn’t even hold water down  cariban I was on for 5 weeks and honestly best thing ever

Crackers and ginger ale Peppermint tea. Don’t get dehydrated because dehydration causes early labor

lemonade helped me when I was feeling nauseous

Doxylamine. It’s in the sleep aid section at Walmart. $4 for 32. Start with one at night.
It’s one of the ingredients in diclegis.
It works for allergies, nausea, and sleep.

Keeping something on my stomach at all times helped. Crackers were my best friend. Nothing sounds appealing when you’re nauseated but small bites really did help.

Anything with ginger. And nibble if you can on crackers or taste. The Dr can also give you a prescription for anti nausea meds

Honestly makes me wonder how far you are. I was normal nauseous with my daughter but with both my twins my nausea was absolutely AWFUL. Are you positive it’s just one? Nothing really helped me unfortunately. Ginger ale or sprite maybe. Crackers. Zofran.
