Couple months ago my 3 yr old was eating more than me.
Breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, snack after getting home from daycare, supper, before bed snack.
Then he finally got full and didn’t eat for a couple days.
High protein, fruits and veggies.
How bout stuffed celery with cream cheese or pnt butter with raisins
Cook rice. With meals. It’s very filling
