Have any of you ever had a sharp nipple pain with no other symptoms such as no lump(s), no discharge, no flaking skin or scabs, no sign of infection, etc. just a sharp pain when the nipple is touched? I have never breastfed, my youngest is 16 months old and I’m not on my period. I had a period about a week ago.

Sometimes some women get sensitive/sore nipples when they’re ovulating or getting ready to ovulate
