My 7 year old son will be completely fine running around playing then all of a sudden gets tired and a really bad headache then spikes a fever. I am taking him to the doctor tomorrow but does anyone have any ideas to what this could possibly be?

Sounds like dehydration could be playing a part but of course he needs to see a doctor.
Honestly good luck my oldest days this and am always told it’s viral
I swear this happens to my 9 year old on a weekly basis 
Grandson had strep with those symptoms
Could have infection somewhere

My kids were like that and it all came down to a positive test of the flu🤦🏻♀️ and It did a full round in the house everybody had it🤦🏻♀️
Is he drinking enough water on a daily basis and taking breaks while playing?
No because we are not doctors, get your answer tomorrow and hopefully your kid is okay

There’s several different chronic illnesses that could cause this ginger to be alot of bloodwork and testing
Currently my 7yr old has been fine all weekend this morning a fever and nothing else wrong
