Hi! I had my third baby 6 months ago and because it was my second baby in two years I had pretty bad diastasis recti (abdominal separation). After having her I was at about 4 fingertips, I could basically stick my whole hand in there I’m happy to say I’ve shrunk it down to one fingertip but does anyone have any advice on how to completely close the gap? Even one fingertip leave me looking pregnant

Have you looked into Natalie Hodson’s program? She is a fitness coach and had a post partum and “mom bod” program that focuses on the diastasis recti
My midwife recommends planks. No sit ups or anything that “separates” your abdominals.
I don’t think it ever completely closes without surgery. I could be wrong. Been working out … youngest 4 … oldest 12. All 9-11 pounds.
