I’m pregnant with identical twin girls and most of the movements I feel are toward the lower part of belly. Even though I see in the ultrasounds that’s not where they stay. My last ultrasound they were both transverse and in the middle of my belly. So I asked the ultrasound lady why do I always feel movement only at one part of my lower belly and she said its probably the pressure of them moving that I feel so low down,as of 3 weeks ago they only weighed 10oz each so they are still very small and most movements I feel are when I’m sitting back or laying down. I’ll lay down in bed only to feel them move.
Head is up still. Which is normal for that gestation.
