What types of food helps to gain weight when you are pregnant and breastfeeding. My little guy is 1.5 but still nurses 6 or more times a day and I havent been gaining weight or really had an appetite and the doctor is starting to worry about the weight part. (And stopping breastfeeding is not an option for us)
