Bacon eggs and green Chile. Yum!

Something with complex carbs, imo.

Vegetables with breakfast will help fill you. I have spinach daily with breakfast. That’s what my nutritionist said.

I started making myself breakfast sandwiches. Or I eat a bagel and cream cheese

Eggs… Omelette with healthy things added… Protein helps keep you fuller for longer.

Alot of healthy food is gunna burn off pretty fast making you feel like you need to eat again. Try bigger protein portions.

Oatmeal with fresh fruit, cottage cheese, or eggs are my go to. Protein lasts the longest and complex carbs take longer to digest.

Oatmeal is always a good one. Pair it with toast or fruit.
Eggs are full of protein

I eat 2 scrambled eggs, some black beans, half an avocado and put some salsa on it. All in a bowl mixed! Soo good!

Banana and oat pancakes. Or muffins.

2 eggs scrambled, a diced up small potato or sweet potato, some black beans, a few grape or cherry tomatoes diced up, and a handful of spinach….scramble that all together in your skillet. Once cooked, put the mixture on a tortilla, top with cheese, sour cream, a few slices of avocado if you like it, and a spoon of salsa. You can even mix a bit of shredded chicken or beef to the scramble if needed. Wrap it up and enjoy! Obviously you can adjust ingredients to your taste and seasoning added to your liking but the mix of all food groups in a balanced way should help you stay full until your next meal with no problem
