What is birth control? It is something that prevents pregnancy but sometimes women are put on birth control to help with their period or other issues. It comes in many forms, pills, implant, IUD (it’s like a little T-shaped object that is inserted into your uterus i believe), and even shots. Not every kind will be beneficial to a woman, like the Depo shot has bad side effects for lots of women.
Being on birth control prevents pregnancy. It’s not always 100% effective so you can become pregnant while on birth control. Personally, I’m get the Depo provera injection every 3 months and I love it. I don’t have any side effects aside from weight gain and my period stopped. Nothing major.
Sounds like someone isn’t old enough to be on the internet
Any medical method used to control when it is you get pregnant. They all prevent pregnancy in their own way and many have medical benefits like relieving heavy periods and cramping, clearing up bad acne, regulating your monthly cycle, etc… ask your doctor what kind would work best for you. I love having Nexplanon so I dont have to take a daily pill i know I’ll forget to take at one point or several lol
Birth control is anything you do to not get pregnant. Being on medicine, condoms, … etc.
My kid’s is birth control lmao a hour with them you would never have sex again lol jk jk
Obviously there is someone asking all of these questions who didn’t get to learn about these things. A lot of schools don’t have health classes anymore. There’s no need to be rude, and instead we should 100% be helping someone who has these questions.
My personality works pretty effectively for this application.
If you have to ask that question my love you shouldn’t be having sex

Something you obviously need
Birth control does not prevent pregnancy. It controls the fluids in your body to form a shield around your cervix to prevent sperm getting to your eggs. Thats why it’s called birth CONTROL.You can still get pregnant depending as I and many other woman have. It does have its advantages like period help and some other issues but watch your bone density.
