What is it like having an ablation?

Any of yall ever had an ablation done? Im considering this cause I am DONE having kids.

Ablation doesn’t prevent pregnancy it just stops your period. You still ovulate like normal.

And after so many years there is a chance it comes back anyway. My mother got hers done 15 years ago I believe and is now back to having periods!

I had it done 5 years ago and my period never stopped
