What is your go to for kid fevers?

What’s your go to for kid fevers? Tylenol or Motrin? I do not need to know if you don’t use either or if you use pickled onions or something like that.

I would alternate between the Tylenol and motrin when my kids had fevers

If baby is over 6 months I start with ibuprofen. Alternate every 3 hours. Before that ONLY Tylenol. I also use the kids Bekool patches if it’s a mean fever that doesn’t want to go down.

Yup alternate between ibuprofen and Tylenol every 4 hours
