Take her for a fun day out❤️

Think of what’s truly special to her. Maybe a basket of “things” for when she’s waiting in dr offices ie a tablet or hardcover books if she likes to read.
Treats that are tummy friendly and allowed.
Photos :heartpulse:
Comfortable lounge clothes
Fluffy slippers and or socks
Sending love for you & your momma

Ask her what would be a great day for her. She might not want to go do anything. She might just rather sit home and have your company. Watch some favorite movies

Maybe do a hand casting, make memories doing it and have a statue of your hands together to honor the bond and have a bit of you both always together

Go see her. Take her to lunch. Bring her flowers that she can replant and keep. Personally I love hyacinths. They smell so good and can be replanted outside to come up again next t year.

Have a picnic pack a basket with all her favorite things write her beautiful note things u want her to always remember just spend time with her as much as possible, my moms passed on of cancer too whilst I was pregnant with my 2nd born I looked after her all by myself and I was 7 months pregnant, unfortunately she didn’t make it to see her 2nd grandson, I miss her dearly :two_hearts:

If it’s possible to take small weekend trip!

What Town do you live in.

Disney cruise. It’s the best

I see a lot of people saying take her out. I am 52 and I have no spleen and have low immune. I would not go anywhere honestly and all adults in their middle to late age wouldn’t either.
I dream of playing Ard games and board games with them. It’s so much fun. Have a game night…or day. Just go have fun. Pop popcorn or bake cookies. Whatever. Just go see her and have a fun day. That’s a perfect gift. Precious Memories are not purchased and last a lifetime. God bless.

I agree with April Anderson McKinney. Spend time with her at her home. She probably doesn’t feel like going anywhere. Play cards, board games, watch movies, put together jigsaw puzzles. Have fun. She would probably appreciate having a small light meal of comfort food. Whatever her tummy allows. Maybe just some cookies that are fresh-baked and ready to eat. Just spend some time making memories. Look at old pictures and talk about family things. It will be fun.

Get a blanket made with pictures of u and her together so when she’s going to doctors or treatment she has it to use

Make her a gift blanket with pictures or write her a letter make it personal

Decorate her home with lots of balloons and flowers. Make her a nice dinner, clean up and just spend quality time💕

Ask her what is one thing she wishes she had done, but never got to do it.

Spend time with her. Make a day or weekend with the entire family, take lots of photos, play lots of games and make as much memories as possible.

Spend the day with her, cook for her, help her around the house of she needs it.
Maybe even organise a mini mum and me photoshoot, or a family photoshoot. Bonus if the photographer can come to your mums place and you can have a pamper day too. Make a bucket list with her now and make an extended mother’s day by ticking things off that bucket list over the next few weeks.

For my mom’s first birthday after she was diagnosed all she wanted was to be around her family so I made her a collage with all of our family in it even people from out of state that I knew that she would probably wouldn’t get to see and she absolutely loved it and kept it posted above her bed to remind her that her family is with her in her journey

Maybe make a memory keepsake of things over the years, like a scrapbook, but as detailed or not detailed as you like. Birthday cards, photos, ticket stubs, christmas cards etc. I always just kinda think of things that a really from the heart

Make her a care basket with face masks, foot masks like a spa basket so she can feel special on the days she needs to and a lot of n95 masks to keep her protected

What does working from.home got to do with this?post

A memory book, a spa day (even if it’s at home), just hang out with her and spend time with her. Hard candies or gummies for after chemo helped my mom

Gather all her Children and grandchildren if she have. Sisters and brothers and have a Mother’s day party at her place. You guys can even do some kind of games or even dance to make her laugh.

A crossstich project that you can do together.

A crossstich project that you can do together.

Look up places that do like a “sip and paint” session. My mom and I went to one a few years ago for mother’s day after her diagnosis and it was fun (my mom obviously couldn’t drink) Now that she’s passed I have her painting hung up next to mine in my craft room

A leather bound journal for her to write down her favorite moments of her family.

Plan a little get away w her & the family! Memories are all we take w us when we go :black_heart:

, google wig hats,! I had the Black one with platinum spikey hair. Loved it. Easy off, easy on. Very few people knew I didn’t have hair! Not even my Dr. Lol God bless you all

What about a hand casting of the two of you holding hands
