What vitamins do you take daily? this is something i have always struggled with but as i get older i want to make healthier choices

I wear my vitamins! No more heartburn from icky pills. I take a few different kinds and they have changed my life
I’d recommend to get bloodwork done and find out what the doctor suggests for supplements so you’re making knowledgeable decisions.

It’s different for everyone, this is something to talk to your Dr or pharmacist about.
For me, I take a multi vitamin, probiotics and B-100 complex.
i take vitamin d, vitamin c, and hair/skin/nails.

I take my prenatals, pregnant or not. My doctor even keeps refilling it so I don’t have to pay for them lol
I don’t take any… never have!
