When do babies roll over?

How old was your baby when they learned how to roll over? Google says usually between 3-6 months or something. Lol well my 1 month old can roll over on his back already. Should I be happy that he hit a milestone earlier than expected? Lol I am happy that he did but also a little concerned is it normal for them to roll over so soon?

Rolling from back to stomach is the hard partā€¦

My 4 month old rolled from tummy to back at less than 1 month and back to tummy at just about 3 months.

Yes! My son did this right away and hes been hitting milestones ā€œearlyā€ since the beginning. Just work with your baby on back to stomach which usually is later on but more power to the little one if it comes sooner

My first was around 4 monthsā€¦ The last rolled day 1! Nurse had to catch him lol

Both my kids rolled before a month. By 1 month they were rolling all around.

Have him checked out for hypertonus, it seems way early to me honestly.

I flipped at 15min old and survived. It was my dads favorite story to tell of how the nurses freaked out lol. My son started to roll at 2 weeks old. Doc wasnt concerned but it did require me to keep a closer eye on him. Hes 11 now and super smart and strong. Totally healthy

My son was rolling back to stomach at 9.5 weeks

My.3.week oldā€¦(1month the 23rd) rolls over on his back from tummy and to side)

My son rolled front to back right before 3 months and back to front at 4 months. My son is 6 and a half months now rolling everywhere, be prepared :joy:

My first born rolled over shortly after birth. We were still in the hospital. Even with a broken collarbone. My next 2 children took a couple months, then my twins my daughter was about 3 months my son was lazy (typical boy) we had to work with him. Maybe about 5or 6months for him.

2 months rolling both ways.

My son was exactly 1 month old, sat up at 4, crawled at 5.5 and walking at 8. Heā€™s said mama, dada and nana (his no) at 6 months. Early milestones are great be proud. Every baby is different though so if yours is on time or late its okay too! Celebrate them all! Parenting is hard!

My first tried crawling off the scaleā€¦ they said itā€™s just a reflex everything the do during the nb stage is a reflex really

Thatā€™s probably the newborn curl lol

My son rolled from tummy to back at like 2 weeks, but couldnā€™t figure out back to tummy until 5.5 months. Every child is different! Tummy time helps!

My son hated tummy time and didnā€™t actually like to Ro over until 7 months

My son started about 2/3 months

Google is not always right. They will roll when they are ready

Some babies do earlier than others the time line is just a guide really

My great grandson did it at dr office for 2 week checkup

He rolled from front to back at 2 weeks. Front to back at 1 month. All babies move at their own pace.

My girl was about 6weeks rolling over and also holding her own head on her tummy at 8weekd

My son did it at 2 weeks old. I was dumbfounded! It wasnā€™t a fluke either he kept doing it!

Front to back is the easy one so itā€™s not unusual for them to do that a but early but going from back to front is the challenge so give that one time

Mine wasnā€™t even a month old! He would push up an launch himself over extremely fast. It was a little scary lol he HATED tummy time. The doc said there was nothing wrong as to why he didnā€™t want to be on his tummy. At about a month he looked like he was doing crunches! Just an early moving baby. By 8 months he was doing full on running. It was all pretty crazy. He still doesnā€™t stop moving :person_facepalming::person_shrugging:

Dr google is not the answer

Itā€™s normal. Google is a guideline.

My son was a month old. I mever really look up milestones, i just always listened to the doc at checkups. He was sitting up at 5 months old? Maybe 6 and walking at 9 months. Now heā€™s 2 and a half and was fully potty trainedā€¦ until we visited family fir a little over a week and now he only uses his diaper. Kids are weirdddddddddd
