When do babies start pulling themselves up?

My baby is almost 11 months nd he aint trying to pull up on his own. He will if he holds my hands but not by himself. What time did other babies start pulling up by themselves?

Mine started at 6 months. All babies are different :slightly_smiling_face:

Around 6-7 months she’s almost a year old and she’s already walking by herself! Been walking for a while now!! Every baby is different just give it time and he will be walking and getting into everything!!

My daughter is 9 month and pulls up on stuff but cant keep her balance good yet. All babys are different he may just be scared to do it on his on. He will do it when he is ready

All babies r different… do ur best to not worry & (I’m not saying u r) but don’t compare what other babies r doing or not doing to what urs is or isn’t…:heart:

7-8 months with my son. He’s almost walking now at 10 months

Look up Pediatric Physical Therapy Exercises on YouTube. The Therapist name is Amy. And she is absolutely amazing. She teaches you all kinds of exercises to help with different milestones. Just look through her videos and find the one that relates to you.

The best ones are her Physical Therapy Exercises for Babies.

All kiddos are different. My daughter wouldn’t pull herself up. She’d walk all around holding on to furniture if I’d stand her up there, but wouldn’t pull herself up. Took her to a physical therapist who examined her and he said there was nothing wrong with her, she was just being a bit lazy. She didn’t pull herself up until the day she turned one. Walked into her room and there she was, standing in her crib smiling at me. Give it time.

13months then didnt walk until 16months

Between 5&6 months walking by 10 months old. All babies are different. If you are concerned just talk with your Dr.

My son didn’t do any of that. He just got up and started walking around 13 mos.

All kids are different. Don’t look at the guidelines. Some kids can be ahead at some and behind for others.
And enjoy your baby being little, because you’ll miss this when they get older and don’t need you as much.

One of the little girls in my mothers group didn’t try to crawl until almost 2 years. Another one was a year and a half before she started trying to walk

Doesn’t matter when other babies do it. He’ll do it on his own timeline when he is ready.

My niece started walking right before her first birthday. My son is walking at 9 months. Both healthy babies. Both learning at their own pace. All babies are different. Like the other mamas said if you are concerned, bring it up with your pediatrician.

My first born was doing that by 9 months but my 2nd seems to be lazy lol every baby is different and they go at their own pace not ours

My son started pulling himself up around 7/8 months and he didn’t start walking on his own until he was 12 months. All babies are different and it’s not considered a concern until they’re around 18 months.

6-7 months. Rolling both ways at 3 months. Sitting unassisted at 5 months. Crawling at 7 months. Walking at 9 months. But every baby is different.
