What’s the latest a babies soft spot fully heals? My nephews one year old and it feels like he still has his and its still quite big

If his parents are concerned they should contact his Dr.

According to the Mayo Clinic, around 2-3 months for the one on the back of the head and around 18 months for the one on top.
