Mamas, at what age did y’all start letting your baby self soothe??
Babies can’t self soothe. After awhile they give up because they realize that no one is coming to meet their needs. This teaches them to not trust

If you’re talking about pacifiers/sucking thumbs- from day 1. If you’re talking about crying it out- never
Never. I help them until they’re older. Babies can’t self soothe
