Hey mamas what’s a good Breast milk bank to use. My milk supply is running low and I tried everything. Changing my diet, the pump Princess supplements, body armour. I’m just kind of lost right now but I don’t want to put her on formula.

Human milk for human babies has Facebook pages in many areas, you should look for one near you and might can get donated milk for free.
You can Google local milk banks but I think you need to meet a specific criteria to get milk from them since they don’t have an endless supply.
You can also try local Facebook groups for breast milk donations.
