What was yalls pregnancy symptoms at 4 weeks

My uterus felt like I had strained the tendons on it. Other than that… nothing
Mild cramping and that was it.
Never had symptoms that early. Not till around 6-7 weeks. I noticed my breasts were sore

Nausea I thought it was food poisoning but no I was very much pregnant. And I know exactly when I conceived because we did IVF.

Immediately was sore breasts.
Shortly after would be fatigue.
Nausea, tender nipples, dark areolas, headaches, light cramping I found put at 4 weeks with 2 of mine
my boobs got tender and shortly after the tenderness, they got big 
Mild cramps, tender boobs, gas, extra saliva, sensitive to smells very tired, moody
My sense of smell. That’s how I knew each time I was pregnant, it was like supernatural lol
No symptoms until 7-8 weeks. Only reason I knew early with all mine is because we planned and I tested like crazy.
Stopped getting a wine buzz lol
