Advice on insomnia and anxiety while pregnant?

Advice on pregnancy insomnia and anxiety? 7 months pregnant with a 3 yo and 1 yo and haven’t slept much in 3 days.

Warm shower and put some lavender lotion on! Heating pad. Weighted blanket with pregnancy pillow. Create bed routine! Ice water & maybe drink some milk hour before bed. Get a journal or a planner what you did through out the day, write about what you’re anxious about and what you wanting and needing to do the next day!
