Advice on meal prepping?

Wanting to start meal prepping but have no idea where to start

What are you looking to meal plan? For thr week? Month etc!?

Depends on what scale/type meal prepping you’re going for. A few days of no cooking… or apocalypse preservation prep. Generally we just make a large batch or something and my family has it gone in 2 days so we only have to cook every few days. It works for us. Sometimes when we BBQ we don’t have to cook for 4 days. If you make too much to not be consumed in 3-4 days, I’d freeze the rest.

Don’t over complicate it. Plan your macros. I use my fitness pal, track everything.

Meatloaf and jasmine rice w/veggies is my go too
