Hello. While I am not a mother myself, I do watch other people’s children. I’ve been doing this for 10+ years and I’ve had many many infants during that time. One parent I just started to watch for always brings their child in their car seat and it’s buckled wrong! The chest buckle is always down to the babies stomach. Would I be in the wrong to educate them that they need to have the chest buckle up higher for babies safety or would I be overstepping a line?
Absolutely say something to her in the nicest way possible. Make it compliment sandwich. “your little is so cute, but this is the way they should be buckled.”
