Are there any allergy medicines (preventative and/or decongestants) that are safe for breastfeeding and won’t impact my supply? This pollen is hitting me hard
If you eat/drink local raw honey it can help significantly 
I hated taking allergy meds as they alllll made me groggy. But once I started drinking hot honey water, no issues at all

I love the homeopathics for pollen. Safe, effective for me when nothing else has worked. BioAllers Pollinosan was my go-to, but any brand should work. It’s preventative so it’s best if you can start taking it before pollen season. I start in May & go through September. Follow directions: more is not stronger.
