Any mamas doing keto or low carb?

I'm wanting to start asap and start to work out regularly. Tips would be welcome

A friend of mine is helping me get into keto. She said literally only meet and vegetables. Absolutely no sugar at all!! Around 20 carbs per day. She’s already down like 16 pounds in a little over two weeks

I did Keto last year and it was amazing! Extremely hard at first and you really need to have the mindset for it and the willpower. I lost about 35 lbs in 3 months and my husband lost even more. It was helpful doing it together. I’m currently 9 months pregnant and not on it but plan to return to it once I have the baby.
If you stick to strict kept be prepared for some headaches in the beginning. My first week I had horrible headaches. I suggest researching snacks and meals for yourself and set a date to start.
