Any other mamas have issues sleeping at night?

Any other mamas have issues sleeping at night? Idk what it is but most of the night I am just tossing and turning and I am exhausted

Try some magnesium. It helped me so much!

Yes. No phone before bedtime. No coffee after 3 pm and no sweets or heavy food. Take a bath and just relax.

Yes! And it wakes me up. I’m thinking a new bed and pillows at this point.

I think it’s just in the air right now
