Towards the end of my pregnancy my Dr had Me take one once a day with my last pregnancy
I imagine it could make you bruise more easily. Mini aspirin maybe? I’d be reluctant to take any meds without discussing it with my Dr.
I had to take 2 baby aspirin a day as well as Lasix, due to hypertension & high cardiac output. She’s now a wonderfully healthy 10M old. I wouldn’t take anything unless your doc tells you to, though.

Sometimes they prescribe baby aspirin during pregnancy, but only if necessary because it can cause a defect in the heart. Something I recently learned.
I was prescribed a baby aspirin after 12weeks along to help reduce my chance of developing preclampsia/eclampsia again. I had eclampsia with my first pregnancy. Do not take any meds without talking to your Dr. As all meds have risks for some the benefits outweighs the risks but that’s not the case with every pregnancy.
