Anyone breadtfeed with low vitamin D?

Anyone breastfeed with severe vitamin D deficiency? I know you’re supposed to add vitamin d drops to the milk anyways but my vitamin d is a 13 so I’m concerned I won’t be able to give my baby exactly what she needs and she may benefit from formula more.

Take vitamin d supplements they should help support you and baby

Breastfeeding babies are supposed to have thier own vitamin d supplement as well

I’ve got a vitamin d deficiency and my primary care had me more than double my doses while I’m breastfeeding, and with extra blood work to monitor my levels for adjustment as needed.

I did both breastmilk and formula.

Get your dr to give you vitamins. Duh I don’t understand… these questions are so simple minded like who are these people.

I just took my vitamins and added the drops to baby’s milk, I think they were gerber good start brand.
